the casing of the markers themselves look like prisma color markers wich can be found at staples in 25 and 50 buck cases

Those aren't Prismacolors, those are Copic markers.

Those flat-ish ones, anyway...

The markers for the fills look like Chartpak Ad markers and then detailing with Copic Sketch Markers

If you've drawn in the same style for long enough, you get used to drawing without having to pencil sketch first.
