Whereas underworld 1 and 2 was Kate Beckansale who played Selene (different actresses and charecters) however due the striking similarites i can see why so many think its the same person (and chareter for that matter).

I think Angelina did a fine job in her 2 Tomb Raider films. In fact, it was her stellar performance in the films that made her look more convincing as Lara Croft. Not to mention the greater commitment she had to make as part of the stunts and requirements of the films - a model doesn't require these. Sadly, she has declined to rephrase the role any longer, explaining why there's no Tomb Raider III.
