  • Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • not lookin for weight loss but you seem to have good informational videos, subbed.

    a question maybe you'll see it: what do you think of a full body workout every second day with these exercises:

    Deadlift, pullups, military press, 1 day pause. squats, flat bench press, bend over row.

    with 1 isolation exercise on top for bi/tricep each.

    for me personally its enough rest, since im 16.

    what i worry about is that my CNS is getting hurt and im not realizing?

  • I eat a BIG plate of food - but i eat a LOT of vegetables per serving. 3/4 of my plate will be like one small fruit and lots of cabbage or some leafy green with some lean protein.

  • thats the gym i wanna be in, im tired of la fitness man, not much equipment, your gym is just like my high school gym, small and only has the good stuff, power stuff.

    i hate la fitness, i even hate the machines they have,, that just makes me really angry.

  • hi jason. got a question for ya. now i'm tryin to do it all. lookin to cut bf and gain strengh. can i increase my carbo intake today cause i did a intense wt workout in the mournin(childs play for you, your grip trainin was crazy, tried some of the exercises)? i work out 3 time a week (m,w,f). today i had about 4 loafs of pita bread (white). 30 grams of carbos, and 150 cals/loaf. is it a good increase carbs on the days i worked out?

  • @gtashji No bother,thanks for the support. YES, increase the calories on heavy days. I need to make a video regarding this topic. Keep them lower when you do not use as many. Great question.

  • i get what your saying, but my mom was on jenny creg and the meals were so small and they were crap toooo. i feel if you eat healthier foods you coul deat more

  • thank you big J, i just dont understand the carbs part. if you have high body fat like i do... and want to build muscle.... do i still need to eat less calories and less carbs... from what i been told the more you eat the more muscle you build.... And that you can not build muscle on a low calorie diet. im not trying to get ripped i just want to build muscle and lower my body fat.

  • @skycash02 While there is validity to "More food=More muscle" if your bodyfat is considerably higher the extra calories will be more harmful than good. I'll stick to my guns when I say you need to cut calories and train with INTENSITY to reach your goals.. During my competitive days at almost 300lbs and barely over 12% bodyfat I would still cut major calories to loose the excess fat to lean out.

  • @skycash02 You should have a bodyfat test done to find out where you are now and check it every 2-4 weeks.  Then you can adjust your intake accordingly. Best of luck.

  • Great info big J , I've been lifting for years like yourself and I think cardio in the morning is the best AND a solid 20 min after your workout to keep that metabolism roaring like that engine

  • @schiepe Where are you from? Search closely, there a lot of hole in the wall gyms. You just have to find them. Best places to get the job done in my opinion.

  • Great video, fuck what other people say, no need to go ALL the way on lifts, extending all the way and locking out is hard on the joints.

  • @6reps That may work for some but not for me. I actually go heavy weight, high reps year round.

  • Great video BigJ, I have a lot of injuries too and it took me a long time to figure out that you just have to work around it and work with what you have...you can't workout like other people you have to switch the exercises up to work for you...keep the videos coming man, you keep me motivated

  • @325rider Great lift!! I've not used a belt in Years. Just stopped using straps a couple months ago. Was the best thing I could have done for my training. Lose 'em bro. You'll be surprised at how quickly your strength skyrockets. Come on out anytime. Will make an awesome YouTube video.
