usually it is allowed bt as long as the person defendin has depth knowledge about the law or is in this field-law..i am a judge..so according to the US law it is allowed...presentative...bt the proscutors has to agree to it..otherwise it is not accepted..hope tat helps.. : )

This can happen only in indian dramas. Foolish scenes like the audiences are idiots...How conviniently all the parents are always out of the story...Samrat is so rich he can easily hire top defence lawyer...but no...the creatives has to show Mayank as a smartest...so they have to make up such stupid stories....Anyways...I love Mayank and Nupur and they are the reason I watch the show...so I can take this crap...

he can use his parents' money but it has never been made the story arc of samrat's parents is not developed at all. samrat's parents cant come out of the blue just coz he wants a lawyer. till now we have never even seen him talking to his parents and neither his parents have shown any interest in him. that is reason enough to keep samrat's parents out of this. this story is being developed coz creatives are developing a base for strong friendship in the gang esp samrat and mayank.
