I would buy the XM-L form dealextream. buy the T5 bin. The T6 and U2 on the site are all T5 bin but more expensive. or if you really want to make it bright go and buy the U2 from here. cutter.com.au I trust them to send the right LED. you need to get it on a 20mm star or round PCB. you can also to this mod with the Cree MTG 4000K.

mmm. I don't seem to find the time to get ebay going. you can still do the upgrade with any 20mm Star. the focal point will just be very wide and may have a dead spot in the middle. but you win runtime and lumen out put. And the light is not as hot, so it is a good upgrade to do
