Greenwash of the Week: Green Skyscrapers Aren't

This sounds more like a rant against BofA. Why attack green buildings? Yes, retrofitting old buildings is usually the "greenest" option, but if a corporation decides it's going to construct a new building, isn't a "green" building a better option than the same old same old?
