If he study in America since he was in 1st grade then he should not be required to take the TOEFL or other English exam.

he says he started 1st grade at an American school. duh he speaks perfectly. --> He's been speaking English for 12 years!!!

yea, pretty much minus a slight accent. basically practice makes perfect. I'm a TOEFL instructor in the US. I'm just saying-- this guy has a total advantage over most students. It's not really fair for him to be giving advice. Anybody with 12 years of experience would do well on the exam.
