I can install it but it either keeps restarting or it tells me i need to reboot. Or i get the apple logo and nothing happens. I format in Mac OS Extended ( Journaled )
alright it works for me too but I can get the internet connection :( with none of the versions idk why can you help me out ?? idk if it's for my modem i really don't know but i can't get nothing neither with USB & Ethernet cables
Remember the Customize tab? Reinstall everything, but this time see if there is your driver in "Network" tab. If not, do a search on Windows see if there is, there should be instructions.
Can i have help with the patches? Specs:

6 GB of ram
160 GB Seagate SATA HD
iDeneb 1.3
I can install it but it either keeps restarting or it tells me i need to reboot. Or i get the apple logo and nothing happens. I format in Mac OS Extended ( Journaled )
Thanx

Did you try going to BIOS and change the format of disk to AHCI? It fixed my problem.

dude the solution for the error when they show you waiting for root device it's this one that you post down??
"Look for Harddisk or SATA, IDE Configuration and change it to AHCI, Save and Exit and reboot."
punisher2892 3 years ago
That's the one which works for me. Try first, if still not working, ask on insanelymac

To boot in debug mode, highlight (0,X) Leopard and type in -v. If you find "waiting for root device" error like mine, try the solution below

oh, can you make a video how to do it?

Sorry can't right now, very busy.
Simply find the key on entering BIOS(you'll find it when your computer boots)
Look for Harddisk or SATA, IDE Configuration and change it to AHCI, Save and Exit and reboot.

is it just stucks when loads? if yes i have same problem

I have fixed the problem using insanelymac's member solution.
Simply change IDE Configuration to AHCI.
But remember you can't boot to Windows until you change it back again.
