cheat more. This strict shit will take you nowhere. You gonna end up just like all these bodybuilders reping with the same weight year over year. No progress. Go for 3-6 reps with higher weight. You gonna stress out your nervous system way more that way than repping with light weight.

Almost perfect form. You're bringing the weight up too fast in the begining of the movement. Not many people watching the vid will be able to tell, though. I can tell because I refuse to use any type of momentum when I train. And I've been at it for 8 years. I keep my movements fluid and mechanic.
@Zomb131 where else should they curl ? I don't do curls but just wondering for when I do ? :) .. im my gym there is no place other than the squat rack to do barbell curls.
@rickalex21 please!!! you never curl in a squat rack. its disrespectful of the people that need the squat rack for what it was meant for. thats like doing dips on a treadmill!
@zrx7769 there is no other place to curl , well really I don't have to worry about that right now anyhow because I don't do curls but if I don't have a spotter I do bench on the squat rack but only for one set that's it no warm ups. Luckily I know lots of people so always manage to find a spotter.
@rickalex21 no other place to curl???? why not just set the bar on the floor? if you are strong enough to curl it, I'm sure you are strong enough to pick it up off the floor.
@zrx7769 Well that would be kinda inconvenient when you are going all out on every set and the time I go there is around lunch time so there is no one there anyhow so i got 3 racks to myself but I could understand how it could be a problem at night. Also one squat rack would be without a bar anyhow unless I walk accross da gym to get an extra one then go back n put it back or use the ez curl too much trouble but thanks for the idea :) never thought about it you right about dat.
Only problem with this video is you're in the squat rack...
