At about 0:03 looks like an old CG125 my mate had a similar one in green. I learnt a lot mucking about with that as a kid doing the timing, adjusting tappets etc...
I tried starting it one after timing adjustment, I only had my slippers on and the bugger kicked back, it nearly broke my foot... ha ha I didn't do that again...
He had a Mega exhaust on it, my dad used to go mad at me for all the racket he made with his noisy bike. LOL We were young and carefree. Bliss !
