BETTER IDEA: WHEN YOU START THE MISSION, GO BACK TO THE STREET AND ACROSS THE ROAD THER'S AN ALLEYWAY. IN THAT ALLEYWAY THERE'S A CRANE AND IF YOU CLIMB THAT CRANE YOU CAN SNIPE HIM FROM THE TOP AND YOU WONT GET ANY WANTED LEVEL! THUMBS UP SO EVERYONE CAN SEE!

Before i got xbox live i could snipe him from a distance. Now though, one of the patches must have made that imposible. If you aim the scope at him, he imideately crouches and flees. Even if you do manage to shoot him the bullets wont harm. Shame cos i liked finding alternate ways to compleate a mission. Now they can patch up anything they want in gmes at any time!!!

- Simply go up the crane in the back-alley on the block to the south Scope him out, take 1 shot and leave. The mission ends instantly - you're paid and his homies just walk away non-hostile.
