I think when you play a CAPCOM game, it has it's own definition of hard. As I have discovered with Bionic Commando, Mega Man, Gill from Street Fighter III and Akuma on Super Street Fighter II Turbo, it is simply referred to as Capcom Hard. Saying that though, I love Capcom's games so much!

Yeah its the original Street Fighter II for the SNES, thats why there isnt any turbo. I do have the other 2 for the snes, I just like this one the best!!

Trust me, it's the hardest difficulty level (the best way to play games). Most of my game videos are of games set to the hardest difficulty.
