@KenMacMillan There have been a few different things said about that sample after listening to it many times i would have to go with whoever said it was from goodfellas with ray liotta saying it, although i have never really noticed it in the film. The other two people i have heard say it in a film is as you said smokie and the bandit with buford t saying it or in cool hand luke but the sample of that was on guns and roses's civil war track so i don't think it was that sample.
