This video is a bit dated now but you mentioned your wireless dropping out sometimes. I "think" that has to do with you having 64bit installed becase the driver support isnt as good. You should try putting Windows 7 64 on this. I hear it will boost the performance you get from the system and more stability.

if the issue is drivers windows7 would not make any difference as it uses the existing vista drivers..

More games are supported on 32 bit and 64 bit is still working out its bugs.
