It's easier to buy off the natives with licenses for commercial fishing licenses, and then destroy the fish habitat. It's all part of the plan to ensure an expanding economy that is managable, under the leadership of well-funded, well-connected corporate interests. We should be asking questions of ourselves if that is what we, as a society, is what we want.
