@pacol16 i realize how the message is portrayed and the language is very different, but rap and country at their core sing/rap about the same things. I'm not saying that all rap music is like that but the good ones, i.e. eminem, t.i., tupac, and a few others say the same thing country music does just using different language which is more offensive but still sends the same message

@324metal Your comments were interesting and amusing at the same time. Yeah, most of the new "country" is garbage (most of Jason Aldean's british rock sounding hits for instance). I still like Alan, still a CDB fan and like the NGDB too. But I also like Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert. Also I will give you this... the lyrics to this Eric Church song ARE cheesy and corny (but NOT lame).... however I relate to the lyrics in that I feel the same way about my girlfriend.
