  • what happened to JM man, want more of this stuff!

  • You forgotten 90s Mr. Robben Ford didn't you?

  • i orgasmed just to his tone alone

  • Good freakin blues and music

  • everybody has this mindset where they think john mayer played pop just so he could scrap together some cash and respect to play blues. that's not true AT all. john says all the time, his two favorite music styles to play are blues AND pop. he played your body is a wonderland, no such thing, daughters, and all his other pop songs because he loves that music. he plays the trio, because he loves it also. there was no "oh i'll do what the population wants and then do my own thing".

  • he has always done what he wants to do with his music, and i admire that, especially in a person who can play a song like no such thing, and then play something as unique as this song, or who did you think i was.

  • thank god we have john mayer. You got soul brother! and please...KEEP PLAYING THE BLUES!

  • GOOOOOOOD.....)))) GOD...!!!

  • I love it

  • Other great guitar players out there other than John Mayer in blues but I'm happy that he has turned to blues. Bring the younger crowd that probably would not have ever thought of listening to blues before!

  • john didnt turn to blues.. he plays blues since hes 13 years old.

  • I meant playing blues on albums and no Your Body Is A Wonderland crap! ;-p

  • Yea.. i think he had to play that pop (wich isnt that bad) stuff to "make it" no i can do what he wants to and he decides what kind of music he does..

  • steve is so attractive

  • can anyone tell me what model gibson that is?

  • looks like a 335 es.

  • yeah but on the 335 es the neck inlays are dots anyway thanks for the help!

  • @bigstrat4 @eatsleepbreathguitar it is a es-335 reissue

  • its the eric clapton crossroads gibson es 335 given to john by eric clapton himself there were only a limited number of these guitars and they sold for over 10 grand

  • pre 60s we had bb king.

    60s we had clapton

    80s we had SRV

now, we have mayer. John Mayer.

    yay

  • pre 50's we had les paul!

pre 40's we had robert johnson!

pre 30's we had charlie patton
