u are a stupid fuck , this not sounds or looks like a 2 inch dumb fucker its going too high

make the delay like 1- 1,5 seconds less and ur done . and some break charge like kp , test some stars and read about pasting shells and ur done

Yes you do. You will need a lot of them. Plus for best results you have to make grains of it. You can add 5 percent starch to the blackpowder and wet it a little and then push it trough a screen to make grains. You will need at least 1/10th of your shells weight in liftpowder to get it in the air.
