If I wanted to build a stirling engine that was a little bit bigger than your model to run a fan on top of a furance, how would I go about building it for relatively cheap?
Dr, The materials aren't that expensive. you can use aluminum for most parts. it is somewhat essential to have access to a lathe to get good running performance though. there are lots of plans available for larger engines or just scale up a smaller one.
