hey if you get floor seats for concerts like this do they actually sort out the sections? or can you just like, wander up to the front? i have a concert here and i was wondering if the floor section seats really make a difference, if u get one in the front or back. how does it workk?

For a concert like Taylor's, every seat is assigned. You would have to get lucky to wonder up to the front and not get stopped by security or sit in a seat that is taken.
