@Regor2010 Someday, when I have free time. I'll do it over. I have much better equipment than I did back then. Maybe I'll even put some of my own compositions up. But I need to have a successful test first. This did not impress me at the time and I lost interest in the idea. But one can download the nwc file and play it under your own controls in your browser. Just search for nwc scriptorium with google and find this (or any other file I've uploaded). Double click and enjoy.
@bobmusick You need to remember this is a computer playing the music not a person. The best part of this score processor is being able to see where the music is by the "red" notes showing what is currently being played.
The capture package was simply too choppy.
But... If one went to noteworthy and followed their link to the repository, one could then play any music from there in one's browser the way the programme really works - which for a machine - is awesome :)
@WeedMIC noo, I mean I understand the machine concept, it's just the fact that this isn't the actual piece, like the notes themselves. I use finale so I know how incredible machine instruments like this are.
@WeedMIC Much can be learned from MIDI, an invaluable tool. It is a great and rare musician who can play exactly what is written, only then taking liberties. Such a musician was Bach.
This should be reposted but set at a lower volume. The volume seems so high that there is significant clipping that results in a raspy sounding distortion
I have a better computer now. Perhaps you could suggest some better capture software I could do it again. If it worked well, then I could post some of the other songs I have done.
@Puppyjump I'm afraid I'm using the same HP I got in 1999 with linux on it. I've not kept up with any windows capturing programmes since my original post.
You can download the sheetmusic for this AND change the key if u also download the programme by visiting noteworhy composer. The sheetmusic is a link called the "scriptorium".
Hi. I was wondering if you could send my a copy via email of this piece song I could copy it out. I am unable to find this piece in this key. It was really help. Thanks.
It would be much better if you searched for "noteworthy composer" and "scriptorium" then get the original file from there. It plays in any browser and will sound much better.
I deleted the capture programme because it was not very fluid.
NoteWorthy has a free plug-in for your browser. In this case my browser is Mozilla. The location of the file was on my Hard Disc. But the file is available on line. You can find it by searching for "noteworthy" and "scriptorium". There are thousands of pieces to choose from.
Actually, this was a test to see if camstudio could accurately portray what I experienced on my computer when I play such files. It came out too choppy/digital so I chose not to post other files.
If you want to experience it the way I do, download the free player from NoteWorthyComposer and get some files (such as this one) from the scriptorium.

This would be ok as different song, but this is not Bach's piece. Close, but in music, close doesn't work.

I see something that looks like an address box (that place where you type in URLS like youtube. c o m and yeah) at the top, is it an online thing?
