OMG I just logged in becasue of this. 이성(Ee-sung) means the opposite sex in korean. or people generally use the word as "romantic feeling". ex)Does he feels like 이성 to you(Do you have feelings for him)? I'm a korean so trust me. her answer was GAY. even the song was gay. it's about confessing one's love to a old friend, and getting scared of losing him/her O_O! actually I remember this radio interview. I heard it live few years ago. I thought "Hmm that answer was quite meaningful..."
