  • I'm just wondering when I practice the press the kettlebell just rests on the main vain to my hand, so after about 5/6 presses my hand goes white!!! Do you think this is due to my wrist position? Is this even normal ha? Thanks

  • @function11FX I think you are right. Is it a problem to move perhaps slow on moving up on the weight? and when you have the weight owned move up as opposed to "pushing it"?

  • @mizzoulibertarian that depends dude. moving the weight slowly is a feat of strength. dip pressing or jerk pressing is a feat of explosive power and whole body tension. i moved from the 16kg to the 32kg in 6 months, then from the 32kg to 48kg in 1 year. i recommend only using the original weights (16, 24, 32, 48). if you cant press the heavier weight you can always clean, swing or snatch it. thats how i did it. pavel tsatsouline is the best bloke for proper form and exercises.

  • cancer children

  • looks like shoulder, tricep, deltoid

  • I have one question. What muscles does this exercise work on?

  • primary muscle group is the deltoid muscles (shoulder). secondary muscle groups are the triceps and the core muscles of the abdominals and lower back from the stabilization of the weight.

  • Wow that's alot muscle groups I should start usesing that, Thanks.
