Capitalism is creativity; the character of a person creating wealth not only for themselves, but for those they employ and trade with.
In order to do that effectively, you need to build good relationships with them. It is not wrong to make money this way because as head of the company you are the brain. What's more, it's your wealth to use as you like.

i beg to differ, capatilism is making money off the backs of those you employ. It's a pyramid scheme. Make someone make a product for - lets say a nickel - pay them minumum wage for it. Then put it out on the market for 1000x times more than the production cost to produce. The difference of the production cost and the profit then goes to a commitee or a single person's pocket. Simply because they oversaw the progress.

The wages paid to a state school teacher are paid for by peoples taxes. Hang on.
The teacher then pays tax on those wages which are a small % of those wages. Now the tricky bit.
If all those public sector workers only pay a small % in tax where do u think the rest of the money comes from to make up the difference.

Those people are just like me and you mate. Everday types and from all walks of life.
