You would really have to have a set of matched tires on the back. If one was just the tiniest bit taller than the other, you couldn't make it go straight with the front tires lifted.

Close, his et is correct, but his mph isn't right. I noticed this with Chuck Ulsch and his 204 and 206 mph runs at Rockingham last weekend. He's tripping the mph cone with either the rears, or something under the car, then tripping the finish line with the front wheels.
but if he is in fact tripping the finish beam with the rears then his time would be slower due to him having been measured over the 1/4 mile plus the length of his car between the axles? i realize it would be a tiny difference but in this sport tiny amounts can be the difference between winning and losing or a record.
if those front wheels were any higher at the top end,the rear wheels would have tricked the timing beams.i've seen lots of cars get loose at 3/4 track but to lift the wheels is good grip and grunt...nice.

Wow youre dumb.You want to show people a "professional standpoint" and you've never been to a track.Any car at 200 can lose it regardless of whether or not it is on 4 wheels.That chassis was working awesome,if you watch some 10.5w cars, a lot of them carry the wheels over the finish line.Its up to the chassis builder to make the car go straight,and the pit crew to get it in the groove so that it makes a clean pass.You cant revcover anything going that fast,so having 4 on the ground doesnt matter

I would say that car need some chassis adjustments. Take some leverage out of the 4 link. It looks cool but it is way unsafe to be on the back tires at 200+
Not trying to take away from that car, That is one of the sickest passes I have ever seen. We used to run an Outlaw Turbo Mustang in the PSCA a few years back. The turbo cars make soo much power that the 4 link adjustments are critical. You want the car on all 4 tires as much as possible.
THAT IS SICK! Holy crap dude, Id be a bit worried doing 230 with the front lifted like that. Serious power and serious balls! Hats off to a bad ass ride!

I would say that car need some chassis adjustments. Take some leverage out of the 4 link. It looks cool but it is way unsafe to be on the back tires at 200+

Not trying to take away from that car, That is one of the sickest passes I have ever seen. We used to run an Outlaw Turbo Mustang in the PSCA a few years back. The turbo cars make soo much power that the 4 link adjustments are critical. You want the car on all 4 tires as much as possible.
