I have to disagree. While it isn't a V8 sound, it's no ricer. Ask the people who drive a ricer. It doesn't sound Japanese or Korean, it sounds like a mean American (or Australian, as it were) V6. Loud.
I honestly like the V6 sound better. It's a more advanced, unrestricted, and powerful sound. The SS sounds very muffled/choked. My 190hp '80 Z28 350 is way louder and sounds much meaner than this 400+hp SS lol. What exact setup do you have on your V6? I'd like to put it on my '11 RS. Thanks.
It's not a ricey sound at all, it's not anything like a G37/370Z exhaust. The word most people end up using is "exotic", and the most common other one is "loud." I bought the MRT V2.0 axle-back kit from their website. It's a little pricey, but the sound it makes is so heavenly it was worth every penny!

Thanks man. It's bone stock except for the exhaust. I bought the axle-back kit from MRT. Turns out the cars have good exhaust they're just quiet because of the 35lb mufflers...
I think the v6 sounde better. It had more of a sports car sound.
