@JDMAero: not sure what you mean. i meant that the 348 en mondial are the worst looking ferrari's. Not meaning that i've driven both cars (except the 348). The Testarossa is indeed ugly and looks very cheap but in mine opinion the 348 and mondial are ever worse looking. The 412 i'v never seen in real life so is hard to judge.

The 412 with it's Auto transmission is an absolute slug, and ugly as sin to look at. I find the Testarossa to be striking to look at if not ugly at some angles, but it's uncomfortable cabin is just horrible - your knee's sit beside your cheeks.
The 348 was a better car then what most people let it out to be. I think it looks good, and drives quite well as well. In my personal opinion it even sounds better than the F355.
@JDMAero: I've only driven the 348, F355 and F430 (combined about 2000 miles/3600 km.). The only thing I think is in the 348 favor that it was the beginning that Ferrari was going to build cars you can drive on every day (despite the huge maintanance costs) basis, but is was a start for comfortable supersportscar. I don't agree on you on behave of the looks, the 348 still remains horrible, the F355 was much better. The 348's sound is indeed better, but i do get the chill from the F355 as well...
