  • i knew she was fine because i read your describtion. you have a very beautiful cat.

  • Thanks for being a good owner of a sweet cat. I would do the same for my cat

  • I have a black cat her name's Fatima, also with asthma and take her to the vet for a vaccine (steroid) once or twice a month to help her breathe better. Do you have meds for Dave that you administer from home? Prescribed by the vet of course :) ????

  • your awesome, you take good care of your feline companion.

  • I can't believe people failed to read the original description and just jump into judgment like that, I'm sorry you had to make this video to counter their idiocy :\ not to worry, you have people who actually read descriptions prior to making dumb comments (yes I make dumb comments all the time ;) haha) well, hope you and your kitty enjoy educating more people. Thanks for the vids

  • Thank you so much for posting these videos, this is VERY helpful! My cat recently started doing the same thing and now I know what to tell the vet. Thank you!!!

  • i found out for my cat, it was the purina can cat food that was causing her asthma. i always had her on a dry food diet but every now and then, i would treat her to a can of meat and thats when she had her attacks...no more can food for boris and she has been great ever since!

  • Dave is a cutie. Sable Bombay? I have two cats that look just like her. One named Yami, the other Pinder. Anyway, I hope Dave lives all her long, happy nine lives.

I have a new feline. She coughs a lot, I'll try to tape it. She looks like she's going to throw up, but she just coughs. And then she loses her meow a few times. Well, she doesn't meow. She squeaks. But yeah, I'm very worried about her. I'll try to video tape it.

  • Having my first Asthma Attack in over 5 years today and finding out what it feels like again I could only imagine what the cats feel like. Well, Dave's lucky that you actually pay attention unlike most owners.

  • What a shame you have to disclamer that you weren't making your cat suffer. You do clearly state that on the videos. No, I didn't know *cats* could get asthma. Most people I know get asthma from being AROUND cats! I don't guess there's any test to find out what triggers it? My cat chases and attacks her butt. She's been diagnosed with feline parathesia...which essentially means she attacks her butt. It's psychological. So yes, I live with a half-crazy cat.

  • hmm I wonder if pets can be algeric to pet hair XD

  • My kitten has asthma attacks in response to my other cats' hair. It's not funny, it's a serious problem.

  • Does she get out of breath when she exercises like i and alot of other people do ??

And why give a girl cat a guys name ??

    I dont get it

  • Girls get to be tomboys guys are called names...bad ones.

  • very glad that she's okay (I remembered, Dave is actually a girl). I didn't doubt that she was. I just feel bad that she has asthma, being asthmatic myself. It's bad enough having an attack as a human, I couldn't imagine having one as a cat. She's lucky to have an owner like you whose attentive enough to notice.

  • Hi there, you obviously care about your kitty; I don't know what remarks you received that made you make this video, but if anyone had any questions, this'll put their minds at rest. Thanks bunches for the update; glad he's ok : )

  • lol, I know those comments in your other video were very rude. Glad he's ok.
