I wonder why PR's flow rate isn't mentioned in Oregon Streamflow Tables. It's not that small. It seems to have a decent flow rate if the thigh-deep current are an indication. It's hard to believe it has a blind estuary. Sometimes blocking connection to sea by its own sandbar.

I think this river landlocks itself periodically just short of the Ocean. It's been called a blind estuary
