Here's the thing. When you're driving at high rates of speed in a car, you can easily kill several other people in an accident. When you're doing the same on a motorcycle, chances are the only one you're going to kill is yourself. Is it really worth the police officer putting himself and the rest of the public in danger by chasing him?
