@bmylyzgtsqyfw : no. the tracks are different for fury3 (i know as i own terminal velocity, fury3, fury3 expansion, hellbender), and after going through the game files, they are totally different. ..with the exception of fury3 and hellbender. they have some shared tracks.

Close, Fury3 is a clone of it. This is the Dos version, Microsoft bought the rights and made Fury 3, which is the 3.1/95 version.
In fact I think this music is the Title Screen for the shareware version of Fury 3.
