I have a young friend called Taha, as it happens! He as well as his native Arabic, is fluent in French doing his "Bacc" in Maroc, Spanish and now studying in Glasgow.

He is Franco-Algérien, his father is from Kabylie. The whole North Africa was colonized by Arabs and Islamized by violence : the Koran or death. The Berber were arabized by force over centuries but they are not Arabs.
Anyway, before any nationality nor religion, RACHID TAHA IS A GREAT ARTIST.
