@Bloodmyer No I mean when you are putting on eye shadow and such, how do you stop flecks and sparks of eyes shadow falling down unto your face.

@Zuesuicide use less of it, if you make up is flaking your putting to much on your brush. If u want an alternitive wet your brush with a dap of water before appilication, this will stop it flacking as well
