Well to solve the mystery, just talk to all of the butlers and maids. They should in total, tell you all of the clues for the people, the place and the weapons. By the Way, the closet monster at the end drops the 6 weapons you find throughout the Inn (e.g. Axe of Indictment)

The answers are random, and the rewards you get depends on the person you accuse. AQ Worlds made the quest much harder, so that players can't share answers over the internet.
