The interview, which takes place just before this song performance talks about this being a 25 anniversary celebration for Tearfund and that places the date as 1993. Several Tearfund web sites mention this BBC Special as part of their 25 anniversary as well. One would think I have too much free time, but it seems all I ever get done is look at, read about, and listen to Cliff!
