  • Mildenberger gave a good showing. This is just a few seconds.. Ali was awesome, but everyone on the planet gets beat.

  • @DIY1977

Mildenberger would have been a light heavyweight champion if he would have fought at that division.

  • seems like ali didnt want to hurt him badly

  • A '66 Muhammad Ali is pure gold.

  • @Davidsondaini Us peoples? wassup bra? At least spell his name right. It's not what we call him his name

was Rocky Marciano. Has an "r" in it.

  • flawless.

  • @drMerkwuerdigliebe really ?

    he said that about everybody.

  • I´m German but Ali is the best !!!

  • Or cousin lol its hard to trace things like that

  • @MaverickXeo

Well your uncle just got his ass beat!

  • white people are weak --physically and mentally ---that is why they are more likely to be racist coz they always feel threatened

  • @tamaduni

Thank you for showing your OWN racism ;)

We are all humans, no matter where we are coming from...

  • @tamaduni -- Congrats on winning the dumbest comment on youtube award.

  • @klitschkobrosfan thank you

  • @tamaduni haha, your'e right, I've come across some racists with that same basis, they're just weak and can't deal with it so they turn to slurring their racist profanities. Of course though... this can work the same way around, I'm only talking from personal experience. In Australia.

  • Ich schwöre auf mein tot das ist mein opa karl mildenberger

  • @stayler222 I can swear that, that is my uncle Karl Mildenberger?

  • @primeboxers My last name is Mildenberger, and I looked it up. Apparently, Karl was my grandpa's cousin or something like that. I thought that was kinda cool haha

  • Please post the rest of the fight =) its a good one!

  • I think some success for the good german and european champion to survive( close to death of course) 12 rounds against the alltime greatest.

    Not a Schmeling but o.k.!

  • watch it and than talk . Ali was an Uncle Tom for the Black muslim...

    the truth hurts sometimes kaffir

  • ali was pretty much untouchable at this stage of his career

  • @australiafinest I agree but then what about Iron Mike Tyson in his prime against Ali in his prime ???

  • @truthhitmanisback Ali, no doubt. Tyson was a beast, but he never had the competition Ali faced. Tyson worked on intimidating people, and who do you think was scarier, Tyson or Foreman? My bet's on Foreman, and Ali took him way out of his prime.

  • @Dalittheuntouchable We will never know but Ali never faced a knocked puncher with either hand with hands

as quick as the young Mike Tyson. Unlike the one armed Joe who simply bobbed his head up and down,

young Tyson had excellent head and upper body movement. At there best, I would go with Iron Mike.

  • @andrewr62 Tyson was not as strong as Foreman. Yes, Tyson had ambi-dexterous power, but he also didn't have the stamina to put up a good fight for 15 rounds (as that was the norm in those days)

Tyson was good at early round knockouts. But Prime Ali was really good at not getting knocked out, especially in the early rounds.

  • @Dalittheuntouchable Forman was a ponderous heavy puncher much like Liston. Tyson had extremely quick combinations with Ko power. Tyson in my opinion was a much more dangerous fighter because he would connect in combination. With big George who I respect, he had a great stiff jab and a monster right but was a one-two type combination fighter. Tyson would connect with 5 or six punches. As for Ali if Joe Frazier could get inside, the much quicker Tyson would have gotten inside.

  • @andrewr62 What matters is the gap between foreman's hitting power and Tyson's. Yes, foreman was slow and cumbersome, but he pinned off the ring and would dominate from there. Even if Tyson is faster, he doesn't have the foreward momentum Joe had. No punch you threw at Joe stopped him from coming forward, which really sets him apart from other fighters of his style. Tyson had to really plant his feet and stop moving to throw meaningful punches.

  • I'D SAY MINDENBERGER WAS ROLLED

  • I saw this fight live. My grandfather woke me up for it. It was a big deal at the time. We had just recently gotten a black and white TV too.

  • I'm in my 20's I wish I was around for fights like this.

  • Lol, you'd be at least 50 years if you'd been around for this fight. Believe you me, you don't want to be a wrinkling, fading 50 year old. But I get your point. A lot of good fights in the past but plenty of outstanding ones now as well.

  • OMG i wonder how it felt to live in 1960's

  • It felt GREAT.

  • @TR3Y4LI4E It was fun! I was a product of the 60's, The first part of the 60's White were horrificly prejudice against Blacks. Then after the summer of love (1967) Everything changed! 1967 until 1972 was probably the most unified time in U.S. History. Whites were united with Blacks against Vietnam. Muhammad Ali was very, very popular and spoke at College Campuses ALL over the U.S. Lots of interracial marriages and affairs. Great Music, Woodstock, The Beatles, The Temps! Ahhh, the 60's!

  • Alis style was not that of a runner. He was a mover, circler, and punched at angles. This was an effective style that he emulated from Sugar Ray Robinson!

  • i hope that your piece of shit sons or daughters become the same illness you fucking bastard!

  • You inbred white crakers are just mad that Ali beat up a white supremacist llike Mildenburger.

Tell yer wife I'll be home to plug her up hr tight white asshole!!!

  • @publicatdamagnificen Ali was a Muslim wannabe and a fuckin ass hole just watch Facing Ali he was the Uncle Tom for the Black muslim

  • Ericsson, you ignorant jerk-off. You are ignorant of the facts, ignorant of boxing, and ignorant of history.

Now...put that in yer crackpipe and smoke it.

  • Southpaws are always hard to fight. He koed him. What more do u want..a murder? Ali showing his greatness in the first half of his carrer against a tough awkward southpaw!

  • bunghole u clearly dnt have a life soo piss off and stop sending posts about him. if u dnt like him den piss off. Your remarks dnt change the facts!

  • it kind of pisses me off the whole fight isn't posted. It was great, I remember seeing it on espn classic and marvelling at karl's ability to dodge ali's swift strikes. It was a great fight, I kind of feel this video discredits mildenberger a little.

  • Look at the whole fight, bunghole.

Mildenberger moved his head well early in the fight, making Ali miss often, but some punches did land.

Later he was concussed and a greater fraction of punches landed because of the concussion and pain. At the part of the fight this video shows Karl was in a lot of pain.

  • @bungholebunghole Parkinsons is not a brain damage. It's a syndrom that effects the brain. Inside, your just the same, but on the outside; you're shaking and can hardly speak understandably!

    get your facts straight!

  • @primeboxers ALi had both, get your facts straight!

  • @fadethetrade no he don't. parkinsons effects your nerve system, not your brain at all. he has actually been tested for brain damage many times and they have found nothing.

  • It's called "moving" BoobooLane, not "running", and it separates the good from the average.

  • @BooBooLane

If you ever tried swnimming in the deep end of a lake, you'd realize that the more you stay in motion; especially your legs , the more likely you will stay afloat.

  • mildenberger was a great talent. if anyone has seen the whole fight - he had ali on the edge of a loss in round 4. great fight against the greatest!

  • Hell nah Ali was showboating the whole fight and playing around, he was bait for more fans to Ali is all.
