What scale of cl_avidemo did you use - What framrate and what fps for rendering ?

Avidemo 200 i think, I thought I had wrote it in the description, but now I use 500, look in my somment below to see a screen from 500 :)

try using 1280x720 to get the HD option

I use the built in audio recorder in windows,

under entertainment in your startmenu, works perfect =)

But the quality on youtube is still not perfect ...

u should do it in hd, it seems they got rid of there choppy problem

its 1024x576 so i thought it would get converted to hd =/
