Many laeknois have coats that are too heavy and underlying structure that differs far too much from the other varieties of Belgian shepherd (Malinois, Terv. & Groen.) you're wrong actually. this is not a laekenois, this is a malenois as it does not have the longer rough fur . also laekenois are much less pale in colouring and their tails are chunkier at the base (probably owing more to fur than anything)

he's actually a Laekenois, they are the rough coated variety of the Malinois. He's very cute by the way!!
