  • INCREDIBLE, I NEVER IMAGINE HOW HARD TRAIN A OLIMPIC CHAMPION. I THOUGH POWERLIFTERS AND A FEW BODYBUIDERS LIKE RONNIE COLEMAN ARE THE ONLY PPL CAN DO THAT. (SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH)

  • @anarki23x what do you mean by stronger? There is not a single powerlifter in the world that can do what this man just did. An ATG front squat twice with that kind of weight unsuited. How are they stronger in this lift? How are they stronger in ATG back squats?

  • he can prob do way more that Iooked to easy

  • Meanwhile powerlifters are back squatting 90 degrees with suits belts and all kinds of other jack. How is this not the strongest man in the world. Taking nothing from powerlifters but O lifters are the best athletes around.

  • @crazycarlos4jc Yeah well, you can't tell them. I just stick to IPF.

  • @crazycarlos4jc best athletes? possibly. strongest? i doubt hossein squats anywhere close to 1000 pounds in just a belt and knee wraps at less than 300 pounds. andrei malanichev would tool him in squat/deadlift. rezazadeh can 1rm what? 800? maybe a little more. well 220 pounds powerlifters are doing that.

  • @bretchet23 220 pound powerlifters arent olympic athletes because they dont want to submit to rigorous and thorough drug testing, and for a reason, because theyll come up positive. the world judges its strongest people by use of the olympics, and its lifts, the c&j and the snatch. whomever can achieve the highest number in both those lifts is the worlds strongest man. squats and deadlifts dont matter (though i think they should be included in the olympics sometime in the near future)

  • @Anarki23x the clean and jerk and the snatch are technical lifts and don't measure strength like squats and deadlifts. you're wrong. end of

  • @bretchet23 technical power lifts. strength x speed = power. power trumps strength, though it requires it.

  • @Anarki23x stop avoiding the argument. the top powerlifters are STRONGER than the top oly lifters. this is a fact that you simply can't argue with

  • @bretchet23 because powerlifting federations and unofficial weightlifting federations only drug test every few months. have you ever been a part of one? im 14lbs off from my state deadlift record in my weight class, i considered gear, and i had the time to take it and then some. also, if they are so strong why cant they break the c&j records? because they lack power. the only thing they can do is waddle up to a monolift in a 3-ply suits and belts and do a fucking PARALLEL squat.

  • @Anarki23x andrei malanichev buried 450 with only knee wraps and a belt. powerlifters are stronger. deal with it.

  • @bretchet23 im not sure what faggy lingo uses the term "buried" but you proved my point with the knee wraps and the belt. also most powerlifters are fat fucks who can barely waddle up to a monolift, much less do a single pullup. heres the heirarchy of gymgoers and fitness enthusiasts:

functional weightlifter (can climb, jump, pullup) > fat weightlifter > powerlifter (all fat) > bodybuilder > curlbro teenager > fatty trying to lose weight

  • @Anarki23x once again you're avoiding the facts. top powerlifters are stronger and none of your bullshit made up hierarchies can change that. also learn to spell hierarchy.

  • @bretchet23 pLEASE name 1 powerlifter in the 220 pound weight class that squats 800 pounds raw, or even with a belt and wraps. Also, the drugs are just as prevalent in Olympic Weightlifting as they are in powerlifting. Over the past few olympics, entire teams have been kicked out due to numerous failed drug tests. Which sport is best? Both are, depending what a person wants to do, but it's like comparing apples to oranges...

  • Truly a stang man

  • strongest man

  • thats the power of barbari

  • Too easy and fast to be a limit double. And he may have been pre-exhausted before this set.

  • ROIDS !

  • In his good days he could do 890 pounds

  • That looks like a Zercher Squat

  • how much can this guy lift with his cock?? i bet he gets all the ladies

  • patera could do 650 pounds . and brulois of france 720 pounds

  • Hi is just a Beast

  • omg thats power

  • It looks like he could have done 30 reps with that.

  • wtf, it looked so fucking damn light o.o

  • PERSIAN POWER

  • more than half a ton in two reps.

  • AWESOME

  • I think he could have gotten a couple more reps...it's insane!

  • A friend of mine does weight lifting and told me about Tribestan for strength! apparently the original Bulgarian Tribulus product used by weight lifters from Europe especially when they were winning in the 70's. Got mine from TRIBESTANUK.CO.UK. And my friend from Eastern Europe swears by this.

  • hi i follow training a lot i think he can improve his technique theres too much leaning forward in his front squat he should go straight down, he could lift more if he would try that and improve his clean to, i am twelve years old i can clean 132 kilos at 44 bodyweight is that good ? thank you

  • @jecnunez thats very good man....three times BW is like unbelievable really .right upto the levels of naim suleymanoglu ..but if can maintain it till u r eighten u could be serious contender at the olympics ...Seriously try and maintain ur fitness schedule .also limit ur 1RM lifting to once a week max..Be cautionate when doing it ..always hav a spotter by ur side if u can't then do it only when someone is available..Tis is serious stff rly i cud b talking 2 a future legnd of dis sprt .gd lck

  • what an animal :D

    nice job dude

  • What can I do to increase the flexibility in my wrists? I currently do front squats with the folded arms method. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

  • @seymond2000 there's no better way than to just start doing them. It will be painful at first but you will develop the flexibility over time. You really just needs 2 or 3 fingers to keep the bar stabilized, not too many people can keep the fingers wrapped around. The weight should all be on your shoulders. Throw in some light front squats every workout for several weeks (like 135 or just enough weight to get the bar to proper position) and you'll get there soon enough!

  • @bchia 2 FINGERS....

  • @seymond2000 I actually have a recommendation. Some people anatomically cannot hold the bar correctly with their wrists bent back like that. In some cases I have seen people develop elbow problems from forcing the wrists back. You may want to try this. Get a pair of straps, wrap them around the bar (like you would for your wrists), and hold the strips. This will force you to keep your elbows up and in/triceps parallel to the ground, otherwise the bar is going to roll onto your biceps!

  • @seymond2000 Stopping masturbating helps.

  • holy balls.

  • its funny when I see people like hossein doing squat and they made it look too easy,, I say ok am going to the gym and do some crazy things too,, ( in the gym 100 lbs wtf I thought its gonna be easy) lol

  • am i the only one who was overwhelmed by the first rep when he actually sounded like godzilla roaring? DAMN. what a mighty beast!!

  • I'd die happy if I can deadlift that much.

  • Human forklift. Enough said.

  • I think I just shut myself

  • Pure amazing!

  • I hate front squats i cant imagine 617 lbs goodness

  • that doesn't even look hard...

  • i would have bitched so much with 617 pounds on my shoulders.

  • I wonder how high would be his vertical jump.

  • @davidstephen87 reza actually high jumped 6'6 at seminar he put on one time. so he can jump

  • Thumbs up if you clicked on the pic of the girls ass at the end of this video.

  • strongest man to walk to the planet

  • @nk29382 nope

  • Damn...that looked easy for him LOL

  • ok, but how does that not make your shoulders and collarbones hurt like hell and bruise?

  • @trinity9011 as I said. Steroids or not, he was the champ.

  • @kyoha25 what? i have much respect for reza so dont insinuate otherwise

  • Why does Iran need nuclear energy when they have Rezazadeh ?!?!

  • @JSavic gotta love these comments :D

  • How can a humanbeing get this strong?

  • Makes me want to have knee surgery just watching this.

  • @andrebishop22 why? you have weak knees?

  • Holy shit! but he looks fat..

  • @DragonRider520 underneath the slab's of not-jiggly fat, the dude is built like an ox. getting a little bit of fat is inevitable when building mass. the barrel gut actually helps in terms of leverage.

  • holy shit! i almost never do front squats because it hurts my wrists like hell and the bar feels like slipping off my chest. he looks like he's barely holding it w 1 finger. any tips, anyone? how can i keep the bar without falling? what am i doing wrong?

  • @secutorclaudius You shouldn't actually "hold" the bar with your fingers. Your hands are there just to keep tight and stable. You should push your elbows up as high as comfortably possible in order to flex your front delts and rest the bar across them. Be sure not to let the bar roll forward or backwards off the delts, or you're looking at a very outcome.

  • @XxXshadowboyXxX thanx, i'll try that. my back squats have been stale for a while, maybe cause i haven't done any fronts. i just thougt u need very flexible wrists. i'll try em tomorrow.

  • looks like he could have banged out a few more reps with how easy that was.

  • wtf @ all these comments. i saw this video and i was like HOLY FUCK!!! Not only does he squat 280kg infront of him so easily he just throws it off him at the end. Jesus christ.

  • i bet with those powerful legs he can easily dunk

  • @deadlobster2 Definitely- or he could make it easier on himself and rip the pole out of the ground and dunk from 4 feet off the ground ;)

  • wow, and that looked pretty easy for him

  • good god that is incredible

  • I can bench 225 pounds and deadlift 315lbs, but I can't squat 135lbs properly. I NEVER neglect my legs I'm strong in other leg workouts, its just the "squat" I can't do it with good form and "break the parralell"

    What the fuck man?

  • @BigSamFoSho try practicing the "face the wall squat'. that may help

  • @BigSamFoSho yea some peoples backs bend to much like mine aswell going wider with your feet can help some but still a pain

  • @BigSamFoSho your hips might just be really tight

  • Ronnie coleman can sleep.

  • this is one of Iran's best athletes in the last decade, I always cheer him on in the olympics

  • what interests me is that rezas coach said whatever an olympic lifter can triple in their front squat should be their clean. he definitely could have tripled that. and after that 580 pound clean he did in Athens it looked like he was good for way more. This man should have totaled in the 500s.

  • @nk29382

Yeah but superheavyweights often struggle with the jerk. The story goes that Pisarenko cleaned this weight in training, and I'm sure many lifters could have done it.

  • super atlet!

  • well, chuck norris can....... nevermind

  • say what you want, but the bottom line fact is that this guy is an absolute beast

  • OMG! Are you kidding me??? That's nuuuuuuts!!

  • reza #1.

  • with ease

  • For all the idiots talking about illegal performance enhancing substances. Elite olympic weightlifters are tested extensively throughout the year, not only after winning a competition. This guy has never tested positive in a career of 10+ years at the top level in weightlifting as so have many other elite weightlifters. Stop talking about shit you don't know or repeat what other pencil dicked idiots say. Whoever claims this guy is using illegal substances is a clown and isn't even an athlete.

  • my god he walks wide steps with it .

  • My dad was an Olympic weight lifter and a guy told him if your stronger than me then ether your taken more than me or something I don't know about

  • Holy fuck,that all I hv 2 say

  • i like that echo at the beginning, definitely let u know that shit was goin down

  • HOLY SHIT!!!

  • where is this clip taken from? ironmind tapes? is there more footage of him? looks all way too easy!

  • Made it look easy , his walking wasn't even slowed down by the monster weight !

  • it's like watching God workout

  • @LVSWTZ haha, nice.

  • @LVSWTZ hahahaha i like it

  • @LVSWTZ a fat god

  • @ke422azn yeahlol!.....He's gotta buhda belly lol!..i like it

  • @ke422azn Under all that fat he is extremely muscular. Its not the fat that lifts the weight..

  • @MrDistantFuture Really? You mean fat doesn't contain actin and myosin? You gotta be kidding me /sarcasm.

  • @ke422azn What's a sarcasm.

  • @LVSWTZ

    lol no brain ?

  • @rapmenn I don't follow

  • @LVSWTZ

don't fallow your mom ? true

  • @LVSWTZ dont you mean Allah?

  • @ForceBehindTheThrone Not touching that one with 10 foot barbell LOL!

  • @LVSWTZ It;s like watch a sumo wrestler workout!

  • @LVSWTZ you are a big fool. you will see.

  • @LVSWTZ i bow down to the form i just saw.

  • god

  • i really respect olympic lifters much more today i just went through a training session with a bud that does this and it is very challenging in every aspect and it is an art imo. it is leagues more taxing than bodybuilding and even powerlifting the training for this sport is incredibly tough.. respect to all oly lifters!!! 5 star lift btw!!

  • That's just wrong. He got low, too......

  • so easy... so fast... just another day at the gym... amazing

  • i can't even fathom that much weight. what a lifter.

  • 617lb? Thats unreal

  • What's scary is that it looks about as heavy for him as if he'd just lifted the bar... but it was 280 kg... I don't think it'd look that easy for me even if I did just the bar... O.o

  • Very good.

  • @Jallandhara sounds like you have a great life... you fucking loser! get a job you bum

  • damn he makes it look like nothing

  • I can only do about 250lbs, well i also weight close to half of what he does but still damn impressive.

  • These Olympic weight lifters are tested for drugs and steriods. This guy is an Olympic Champion. He is not on steriods, He is naturally strong. You want people on steriods: A Roid, Bobby Bonds, Sammy Sosa, Mark Mcguire and many, many othe BB and NFL players.

  • @vibra64 They also drug test the WSM competitors. You think every one of them is natural too?

  • People in weight lifting do it because they like it and they want to become strong. Sounds like they are contradicting themselve if the use steroid because of the known affects on it. the only sport that i know of that uses that (and i don't mean everyone) is bodybuilding. why would they use steroids in weight lifting?

  • @togem1000 they would use steroids in weight lifting such as strong man to be stronger so they can win more competitions. in olympic weightlifting they get drug tested though so this guy is natural but in strong man they dont test

  • @APArawDeadlifter Actually, you're wrong. Steroids allow body builders to maintain muscle mass. No body builder would be able to clean and jerk as much as these guys or snatch. Yet more body builders are on steroids then weightlifters. Hmmmm If steroids made you so "strong" or "powerful" then why aren't they setting world records in lifts? Because steroids just make your muscles big and bulky hence why Body Builders love them!

  • @cannonbulk You're quite the fool if you think that steroids don't make you stronger. Power is largely a neuromuscular thing so they won't really directly improve that, but anabolic steroids most definitely will make someone stronger.

  • @wookieeassassin @wookieeassassin Power and strength are two different things, sure Body builders are strong but it is real strength? I see so many gym rats focusing on their huge biceps or just focusing on their bench and they neglect the supporting muscle groups which one as an athlete needs. Sure you can get huge (strong) quads by doing the leg-press, you can get huge calves (strong) by doing calf raise, same with leg extension and leg curl yet what's the point? You never just isolate muscles

  • @wookieeassassin in most sports, American football, you need all your muscles to work in conjunction, in rugby, basketball, hockey, etc. Prove me wrong and I will change my opinion. Until then, steroids are a waste and all you need is milk, a healthy diet, plenty of rest and dedication to stick to your training schedule.

  • @cannonbulk steroids make you bigger and stronger because they allow you to recover from workouts faster. But more important than that it's how you train weightlifters train to lift BIG Weight Bodybuilders Train to get BIG Muscles it's to Different SPORTS LOL! like Boxing and MMA When are people going to realize that! And Ronnie Coleman 8x Mr Olympia 585lbs fronts Squats for 4reps not bad for bodybuilder lol!

  • @LVSWTZ I totally agree with you, they are two types of training methods, that's why weightlifters don't need steroids, bodybuilders have short and constant sessions to maintain such a huge work rate they need the supplements and they need a lot of them. They eat a fuck load and they train a fuck load. Their goal is to bloat their muscles to get as big as they can possibly be, strength and power has nothing to do with it. Weightlifters are all about the 1RM.

  • @cannonbulk

I hate to break your bubble but that's what you THINK, i have been deep in the business - both bodybuilding and strongman (weightlifters as you call it).Every single one use very high amounts of drugs (not only straight performance drugs but also amphetamines/nubain is very common)

There's no "natural" competition, even if they would test them every day it's impossible to detect - it's very easy to change the molecule structure for example, there's not enough resources to keep up....

  • @HPassiveResistance There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that these athletes are on some form of drugs and for that matter I will not dispute what you just said. However I'm not a hundred percent sure as the comment was a while ago but I can only assume we were debating over steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.

  • @cannonbulk because bodybuilders do not focus on making their lifts better, they focus on LOOKING better, some of the things bodybuilders spend their time on olympicl ifters dont do. Olympic lifters train their whole lives just for these 2 lifts the clean and jerk and snatch, bodybuilders go for looks and steroids do not jus make ur muscles big n bulky, there are MANY athletes on steroids who do not show signs of it, jus to let u kno most athletes at olympic level are taking illegal substances

  • @Dmaan0601 Of course steroids on their own will not make you big and bulky, as I said earlier in the post, steroids allow for these models to recover quicker between their work outs the product is an abnormally large and sculpted body.

  • @APArawDeadlifter Just because Olympic competitors get drug tested doesn't mean some of them have never used or don't use drugs. I would bet you that each country has a team of scientists working on performance enhancing drugs for their international weight lifters that will remain undetected. If they haven't used drugs, that is really great, but I think it would be naive to think Olympic lifters at that level are all natural.

  • @wookieeassassin I respect your theory, although but I believe it would be naive to think that its not possible to get to this level without performance enhancing drugs, because it is.

  • @APArawDeadlifter it is so NOT possible to get to rezas level without steroids it is you who is naive!

  • YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!

  • DAY-UM

  • So strong!!! Steroids or not he is lifting that weight so easy. Rezazadeh truly the strongest man on earth!!!

  • @kyoha25 he definately was when he was competing anyone who suggests otherwise is retarded ;)

  • he is strong cuz he eats a lots of Persian kebabs(kobide)

and that hes mothers milk was (halal)

  • That would be a good ringtone. Just hearing it would make you want to lift!

  • Chuck Norris can curl that with his penis

  • I don't care where Reza is from from he's just one amazing olympic athlete.

I always come back to watch this video and the Dimas video that features Reza power clean and jerk 220kg.

Amazing power, amazing strength, I wished he was healthy enough for 2008 Oly's.

    I hope there's a comeback but I doubt it.

  • maybe be strong but he is a fatty unhealthy guy,

  • @HiggsPat you have no fucking clue what you are talking about. If he is a fatty unhealthy guy, then every 300 lb person sitting on the couch eating potato chips can squat 700lbs, lol. Such a douche you are.

  • Too easy to be his limit double. The powerlifter who "squatted" 1220 what was it, 2 or 3 inches, is he twice as strong as Reza? No, he couldn't do the same front squat set, he'd be pinned at the bottom. So it's more how you do a lift than how much the resistance weighs.

  • WHAT A TURK....

  • Damn... Dude is moving weight....

  • This isn't even 2bw dabaya owns check him out

  • @endorphine99 This was an easy light workout. His best front squat was 340 kilos or 749 pounds.

  • dumb muscle

  • @stoner1045 this doesn't make any sense.

  • Even more impressive when you think most 160kg men (untrained I'm talking about) would struggle to squat without any weight, never mind 280kg.

  • holly shit

  • holy shit..props

  • i love how he uses his fingers to hold the weight up instead of placing it on ur shoulders cuz thats what i do and my coach gets on me saying i shouldnt do that cuz it puts to much stress on my wrist

  • @ACxLite he's not holding the weight with his fingers. he's using his fingers to keep the weight on his shoulders/ keep the bar from rolling.

  • Whats his training program? just his lifts plus this front squat?

Do olympic lifters typically do anything else than their specific lift?

  • Why do all people think the only way to get big n strong is through steroids. Sme people are gifted. Sme people are naturally stronger. Sme people grow bigger then others. Cnt because u cnt get there with out steroids dpesnt mean other people cnt. Dnt be jelious!!

  • @the14u11 Please learn to write propperly!

  • @FranzKarlWeber Please learn to spell "properly", idiot.

  • @BlaineDeschain Damn. You pwned him.

  • @the14u11 and some people have broken keyboards :)

  • @the14u11

thank you! Not to mention that steroids don't do the physical work for you - they assist in speeding up muscle healing.

  • @the14u11 what if u cant get there without roids but u still wanna get there, what do u do then =P

  • if you think he isn't on steroids then you're retarded.

  • @jmaths117 You don't need to be on steroids to squat 280kg when weighting 160kg your self. If all humans had your mentality we wouldn't have any michael jordans, rezazadeh's,usain bolt, tigerwoods , etc. My point is, you have a highly obscure outlook on human potential which is point blank insulting.

  • @the14u11 why do youall think all the "big" people get steroids ?

  • @the14u11 If u think hes natural ur just stupid plain and SIMPEL

  • @KidBers There's plenty of people who can squat even more than this guy who are natural. Steroids may improve strength and muscle mass, but so does hard work.

  • @surtursfire youre in dream world, seriously youre fucking dreaming if you think anyone could squat this much weight with his technique natural.
