There was one of these in Adelaide that had been fitted with a fuel injected motor out of a Trans Am, I think it was a 307 but could have been a bit bigger, that honked as well, nice cars, great sound. Not the same car in later trim by any chance?

Hey Ralfy, nice work. My first car (about 20 years ago) was a HK Premier, one of the first off the line made in late 67. It was a very standard 186 but had the original Silver-Mink paint, deluxe items such as a heater and radio not to mention the 'optional' safety feature of front seat belts. The HK was the beginning of all the things that make cars exciting, its great to see them still going strong
