You must choose Magic lamp in csm/Animation/Minimize. However, the genie effect in my video was hacked by trick.

@DudeOverdosed: It's call Dodge effect. You can find it in ccms/Animations/Focus effect.
@Jinseok: i think you mean "Avant Window Navigator". it's the best Mac look-alike dock in Ubuntu.
