Do you have the car running or connected to an external charger? I've heard that the MMI can be damaged/bricked if the voltage drops too low during the update.
@Magnumi Hello, i´ve done the update with the engine off and all unnecessary electronics off (Lights, Radio, AC, Ventilation), also my battery was in a good condition. Also as advise, while you do the update, close the doors and open the windows before you begin the update... you may need to get oxygen to breed during about 1 hour.
Don´t operate any electronics during the update and do not open doors, and you should be sucessful with the update.
