I was born and raised on Mannheim and now live in Ohio and let me tell you something, LOL, I never thought of my hometown as ugly. The big american cities are ugly, mostly in ruin and desolate. Mannheim is unique in that the city blocks are named A-U instead of streetnames, the people are polite and friendly. The city appreciates each other and parties often. And not once had I ever heard anyone describe it as ugly. I am not mad, I just wanted to voice my opinion of one of the best cities in EU.
@gammypetra If you read the comment I made to justviic, you will notice I changed my wording. Ugly was a poor choice of words. I'm not a city person, and to me, the block streets was not as interesting as say Heidelberg. It just felt too industrial, too modern. So no, I don't really see it as ugly, just not as interesting.
@gammypetra ok one question fagot who are you to say anything about Ohio are you trying to pull some bull shit on me ,you see brah!!! i feel i have friends in Ohio dont mess with my reputation calm down and erase that shit you wrote and dont get me wrong yes i love Mannhiem but please dont disrespect My Hometown
It depends on how you look at it. I will admit, ugly was a poor choice of words. I'm not a city person, and when I go to a city, I like seeing the old history. Mannheim was too full of "new" history. Now Heidelberg was gorgeous!
I'm from just outside Boston, but before you make a comment about Americans, I have lived well over 4 years combined in countries all over Europe, from France, to Germany, to the Czech Republic, to Russia.
I miss you Mannheim

Well, I am city person and I'm from Mannheim so it's logical that I like it. But yes, Heidelberg is a great city!
Why should I make a comment about Americans? Americans are really nice people^^
