i hate to stereotyce and generalise but not only do the brits have a reputation of moaning, the british media has a world wide reputation of being the most unrestrained exaggerated media in the world. the may be lacking euqipment, but we arent america, we dont have bundles of money to spend, especially when its a recession and unlike many other countries we have a government funded health servcie that saps billions. we obviouslyhave shortages of equipment, but the problem is being fixed

2 armoured vehicle programmes since 1997 and both have been scrapped.
