Nobody ever mentions anything about cleaning the foam when you refill, but I seem to get a lot less vapor if I don't clean it between fillings. It seems like a waste because it never gets completely dry of e-liquid even when it won't vape anymore, but mine just doesn't seem to vape as good if I don't rinse out and dry the foam before I refill. I've tried a couple different atomizers and never could get it to vape good without cleaning the foam. Maybe it's the juice i'm using? It's ULTRApure

It says on the TECC website that goods are returnable but not if used . Sort of a catch 22 unless they arrive broken up.

I just got my Joye 510 and when I try to fill it up it makes a bubbling sound whenever i press the button to smoke it and air comes out of the hole without me even sucking in. What am I doing wrong?

There needs to be a boycotte on TECC untill they change their appalling attitude to their customers returning faulty goods.

Looks like I will have to take them to court to get my money back.

I have heard another person complain about their customer service recently to. In fact I have heard a lot of people bashing companies because of their customer service. I have never had a problem with TECC.

However I just started selling the dual cig Titan 510 kits myself for only $55 and have no problem replacing parts if it was a factory default.

You don't put eliquid in the plastic piece before putting the filling in? You only put the eliquid on top of the filling?

You should put the e-liquid on top of the filling and it will absorb into the cartridge. If you take the filling out and put the liquid in, then put the filling back it could get messy.

When you are dropping the e-liquid ontop of the filling and it starts to pool up simply take a toothpick or something and pull the filling away from the sides so some air can escape and the e-liquid will soak into the batting.
