Yes. Hes ment to be unarmed. If people actually trained it, he would be hitting hard! (I mean, If someone actually trained him to level 16 unarmed). Most people give him strong weapons due to the bracers giving him 99 strength. Easiet thing to do: Get the Bracers and two Cat Claws. They can be obtained from the Chimera enemy in Unknown Palace F1

Lol, before my characters died in the main game, I got their hp to over 1000 and put some really good spells on them. Also with Minwu and Joseph, I went to Mysidia (as soon as you get the canoe) and got them nice weps and armour.

I used a Action Replay on this game after I beat it like 50 times! You guys don't know what your missin! I mean, a 99 level any weapon is about 9999 damage per hit, no matter what!

Josef IS better with a weapon then, so he can attack twice!

I meant the weapon levels. Normally you can only get say, a sword to level 16, but with an Action Replay, you can get it to level 99! Which frikin ownz becuz every attack does around 9999 damage no matter what!

Squeenix wouldn't set 2 limits on it unless they KNEW hackers like you would get a hold of it. I tested it myself and it goes to 255... But it glitches after 64.

I'm not even sure we're talking about the same thing. But in my FF2 for GBA the highest stat you can get for abilities (like attack and magic) is 99. The highest stat you can get for spells is 16 and the highest for weaponry is 16. But I hacked it and got them to 99 also. So I don't know what your talking about.
