How to use internet explorer tabs - new tab goes to home page

Before when I clicked "New tab" I had the orinary "New tab" screen for internet explorer, when I downloaded bit lord It changed to bitlords homepage, any help 2 change it back to the normal?

When I select a new tab and type in a adress instead of that tab going to the website is goes to the website on my 1st tab how do I keep that from happening?

@kingcobra101z Go to Tools>Internet options> Tabs area> Settings> “when a new tab is opened” change the drop down option to whatever you want.
