Making chereography is very interesting, we done some more fights since this one and have tryed different "styles" of filming it. It comes down to: you must take a decision and film something : )

Some want more waving around, some want more hard hits, others want quicker cuts, and so on.

And i think cool music can really help a fight LOL

you need to learn light saber "fighting style" not just swinging it around like a baseball bat. watch episode 3 a couple times. then try again.

Well we have : )

We watched all the Star Wars movies and different kinds of Martial Arts fencing styles, Kendo, Escrima, German longsword, classic olympic fencing, sayoc and some more. But in this one we did the fight in fiveminutes, we just wanted to try the special effect.

And the fights in EP 3 we thought are alittle to "wavy" for our taste. We want more power in a hit.

But i agree we need alot of training.

Good stuff. The sabers looked very natural and believable in this short shoot. I'd have liked to see a little more action and a little less text. Alternate reality from the Lucas world aside, the sneakers were a bit distracting from the concept. I still think it's a good job though. :)

Wow thats probably one of the worst videos I've ever seen. Yes if your wanting to kill someone with a sword you need to continue to attack their sword in order to win... learn to direct too, don't stop the action with text. Lastly your wearing freakin adias pants and sports shoes!? gg you lose

The "Sith" is a moron and cant build a proper lightsaber...thats why it doesnt go off : )

The bounce is there since Darth Vader bounce with his lightsaber in the stairs in Episode 5, during the fight with Luke in the Cloud city.

Lightsabers go off when they are let go of. And the laser definetly doesn'tbounce on the ground. But I like the video.

The combat is based on the old movies. I dont like to much "loose waving" without power in the strokes.

The "actors" have never touched a weapon before and had never been infront of a camera before either.

The little photo digital camera we used were in the size of a normal egg! You couldent see much movement in it.

But im so damn proud anyway : )

Next movie will feature alot more fighting and diffrent effects, example force lightning and force speed.

Good editing, nice enough concept, but poor realisation! Please, just plan your action scenes a bit before you shoot em. Camera angles, moves, everything. It´s not that hard. Good work on the lightsabers, though. I think that was the point of this one so gg.
