  • awesome dude what kind of streamers r those

  • The best you can get-- Vikings. Don't use the Cresseys, they're crap.

  • Fuck man your really good

  • Hahaha, that was WAY back in the day too, but I appreciate it. :D

  • cool. this was at burton. omg man ur assistant is hot. your getting all teh ladies! oh btw i heard u peformed at my skool wally last year did u? i hope to see more of u and ur vids.

  • Yeah, I did the show at Wallenburg. That was kinda fun too. Anyhow. Why aren't you performing this year? Get out there and rock the crowd!

  • The way you get into your card manipulation is quite obvious and unsteady

  • Well. Why not put together your own live show and perform it? I sure could learn a thing or two about manipulation from a guy like you. Those coin manipulations you do! Man! No idea how you do it... the only way I can think of involves dropping a LOT of stuff, but that's not how YOU do it, right?

  • lol I dont drop anything. And I do cards manipulations too. I believe this video was quite awhile perharps you improved. Just that the way you get to it is a little obvious. Do slow down a bit too. Overall your act was good.

  • I stand by my theory. Make another vid of your coin magic. Refilm 0:22 - 0:29 without letting your hand drop out of frame.

Otherwise, please stop telling me my magic is obvious and unsteady, that's pretty vague as it is.

  • Hey man looks like your skills are steadily improving. Keep on it you look like you really have true talent and passion for the art. Good luck.

  • Thanks!

  • i had recently performed on stage for an audience of 400,and am currently applying for a magician spot in 42st time sq Nyc,honestly man you cannot imagen how much i you'r vid. have influenced me keep up the great work

  • Sweeeeet. That's the way ta go!

  • He loves to perform and loves the audience!

    Can't beat that!

  • Thanks!

  • Hey Andrew, I found the song but I will not use it in my act. I know what you mean about people ripping off fellow magicians. Thanks for writting back.

    escalade4

  • No problem. My highly original (in my eyes) mouthcoil routine has been ripped off in the past, and it just stinks to see some schmuck get the credit for my work.

  • Very good Andrew. I love the gloves to streamers trick. I use that in my act as well. Hey, could you tell me what song you used for the mouth coils?

    escalade4

  • I would prefer not to disclose any song title in my act, most of which is choreographed by myself and set to music that I took quite a while to settle on. Of course, if you search hard enough, you'd find the song, but the bottom line is, I'd prefer not to have my mouthcoil routine ripped off. Thanks.

  • great act.. by the way... the levatation trick at the end.... where did you buy it from?????

  • Walmart.

  • The wal mart near my house just ran them out of Stock....AARRRGGGGHHHHHHH

  • Darn.

  • Awesome I'm actually performing my first stage show in 2 Months and I was wondering where do you purchase your tricks? Awesome show!

  • Go to misdirections . com and email the owner, Joe. Tell him Andrew sent ya!

  • you awsome damn bro I like all your video

  • Thanks! I'm flattered!

  • hey can u give me online lessons? cuz im startin out young like criss angel so...............the cards in the mouthll wrk fine. u can say no i dont care and by the way peeps, IM NOT TRYING TO COPY HIS TRICKS!!!! IM JUST 10 SO I WANT TO LEARN SOME! NEXT YEAR IM DOIN METAMORPHOSIS!!!

  • Visit misdirections. com and email the owner, Joe. Tell him Andrew sent you. Best of luck.

  • Very nice man, very nice. You perform with great energy and that seems to suit you. Maybe you should get somekind of a performing costume so you would look more like a magician. Magicians can overdress!

  • In a preemptive strike to your suggestion, I have already created and filmed a new movie just for you. Watch my "competition" video. Thanks for the positive comments, always appreciated!

  • I liked the competition act very much! Too bad the cards were left out, but your stage persona is very enjoyable to watch.

BTW, what are the umbreallas called and who manufactors them? I've liked the plot since I saw Shimada perform.

  • Thanks! Personally, I hate card manipulation but I do it cuz the audience digs it. I dunno who makes the umbrellas, but they're called parasols.

  • instead can u email me bout the levitation thing????????? PLZ!!!! my talent show crowd would go WILD!!!!!!!!!!

  • cool man, i wanna be able to do that

  • It's all practice. And really good bluffing.

  • You are without a doubt, the best young magician in the world, your acts are simply breathtaking. Thanks for entertaining me with excellent skill

    -matt

    PS: I pm'd you with a question

  • You are without a doubt, the best commenter in the world, your comment is simply breath taking. Thanks for entertaining me with your excellent comment.

    -Andrew

    PS: I replied.

  • no prob.

  • thank you

  • You're welcome.

  • Do you enjoy using kabuki throw stremers? Do they work all the time?

  • I love kabuki. They've never failed me.

  • theres alot of chinese magicans , your sick man great job

  • Thanks!

  • Damn dude you got mad skill!!

  • Thanks man!

  • the first time i saw this, i didnt c anything, but the second i saw it, the can c some flashes n i think u should work more on the card manipulations

  • Super, thanks for telling me!

  • nothing dude, everything else was perfecto, i mean i cant even perform lke that.

  • Nice Pink Hula hoop Gay Guy. hope to see you soon mr Andrew and you look like you are doing well.

  • WHAT UP BITCH? how's Life?

  • you are great!!!

  • Well jebus man, thanks. I'm flattered by the excessive use of exclamation marks. Thanks.

  • dude ur an awesome performer and all...but ur on a stage now...u look like ur still performing in ur garage...i know robert houdin said to dress like the people in the crowd but there's a thin line between clothes and wardrobe...find a better wardrobe...u can afford a chair suspension i bet u can afford some clothes...believe me...i've been through a lot as a magician(performer)just a thought...

  • Um, okay, that's funny coming from an individual dressing the way he does in his "teaser" video. There's a thin line between clothes and wardrobe, but there's also a thin line between giving advice and being offensive to others. Why don't you concentrate on finding a nice wardrobe for yourself first before you come to tell me that? Have you seen my most recent video? Then you may realize that I have changed my wardrobe since this video.

  • wat ju talkin bout, thats good clothin to perform magic in the 20ths century

  • Dude you're an inspiration!

I've been doing closeup for several years now and just recently I started learning some stage manipulation after watching your vid. I can do about 12 singles now but I'm wondering how long it took you to the split fan down cuz I've been trying for about a month and its not getting any smoother :(

  • Splits are hard. I like to think I'm considerably better at it now than I was in this video. I'm glad I'm an inspiration to you. I think at most I can do about 25-30 singles. It took me maybe 3 or 4 months to kinda get the splits right.

  • ive just started mine, so any advice?

  • Don't flash.

  • mice work

  • Thanks a lot!

  • hey i watched ur video again, and i must say, my favorite part (i dunno why) is when you show theres no card in your hand, then turn it over, nothing, then bam theres a card, then u do it like 3 times, thats pretty cool, are you just fast with your hands or is that some cheap trick you buy at a store? (if its your hands can you pm me on how to do it?)

  • lmfao! so this whole "im cool and magic" isnt really a good thing then is it haha!

thats why i only do things close up and random, eg.

a friend says "hey have a candy" and gives me a wrapped up peice of paper, so i just go, oh well, (do french drop) and bam its gone, it was pretty funny"

  • Hahahhh, nice.

  • yeah blaine, i've actually found myself freaking out my friends up close, but only for like 2 people, if you watch them from another angle then you can get it easily, but bobstacos ur freakin awsome! how long have u been (as i put it) "freaking out your friends?"

  • Since I was 7. But I have less friends now.

  • nice job man!

  • Thanks!

  • Love it!! I recently made a video myself but I only do close up magic and I need to do a presentation for 30 people in 1 week so I was looking for something more visual when I found your video.. like it.. see ya!!

  • Keep it up, but remember to always be yourself on stage, never someone else!

  • hey there. just wondering how old are you... btw do find a better costume, it would enhance ur performance.

  • I'm 17. And thanks for the costume feedback, I've gotten it many times since. I just tried it out that one time, just because it was a hipper crowd.

  • alright. No problem. :)

  • Thank you for understanding.

  • watched your videos.....great

    Leroy Goodenough

  • Thanks, Leroy, I saw all of Genny's as well!

  • will have a new one on soon...her win at the IBM and Sam interclub competition August 9, will upload it today.

    Take care Leroy

  • You mean the one that's on Google videos?

  • yes

  • something tells me this is lance burtons act..

  • Heavily influenced by that wonderful man, but I have yet to see Lance Burton do his dove act dressed the way I do.

  • well done..

  • Thank ye.

  • Lol iono i only came in for 1 sec for something and left, btw how many years have u been doing magic?

  • Been at it since I was 7.

  • did i see u in misdirection magic shop? casue i swear i did seeing some guy like u messing with a ball routine

  • You probably did see me. Was I handsome?

  • what?

  • Nothing, my friend happened to see your comment and thought it was comical.

  • WOW ASOME AIM IMPRESET

  • I'll bet you are, you're falling all over your keyboard! (:

  • i found a link on the magic cafe. Normally i watch these kind of clips for 30 seconds. i saw your whole video and i liked it. welll done buddy!

  • As a former street performer, I like to find ways to hold people's attention for at least 30 minutes at a time. However, the bad thing is YouTube allows me only ten to get my point across.

  • That was awesome!!!

  • Thanks!

  • very great, dude do you have a my space your one of the best young magicians i have seen, freakin awsome.

  • It's myspace.com and then /magicbyandrew

  • I thought u were great but i dont like the music.

  • Meh, was the best I could manage to scrub up.

  • writing his intro in 3rd person, like your sence of humour =)

  • Thanks dudeeeeee.

  • thanks.

  • where did you get that chair suspension, i've been looking for a levitation like this one.

  • I've sent you a message detailing the suspension.

  • dude your going to make it big

  • Hopefully before I'm dead man, haha

  • you are a very good stage performer, i'd like to see any street magic you can do.

  • Ever been to San Francisco? Former street performer!

  • Overall, very well done. I was just wondering what type of chair suspension that is. There are a few different models on the market. Just curious what brand you've got. Thanks! Nate

  • I've sent you a message detailing the specifics of the suspension. Glad you liked it!

  • next i really liked your singing to the girl that was a good comedy bit. and one more thing settle down on the flash paper you dont need to use it that much! so all in all magician to magician pretty good job.

PS you have jeff mcbride's videos don't you. you can see it comin through, but it looks good other than the split fans wich were horrid!

  • I only used flash paper twice and I don't own any of McBride's manip vids. My split fans were shite that day, yes.

  • ok dude here comes some constructive critisism, so don't take this personally. ok first off that candle production was, well, BLA! you need to get the book my canes and candles by fantasio so you wont have to turn around. next plese promis me you will never do split fans in front of an audience before you perform in front of people again. also you need more snap on your singles.

  • No promises made, but thanks for all you've taken the time to type!
