It's mainly a commercial used to get kids to take their medicine, and only take drugs that the government makes. It's targeted towards children younger than 9.

It's mind control, a child will see the commercial over and over during the most important years of their lives and surprise surprise as an adult they think the chemicals the government gives them are better than natural plants and the like.
